6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest in accordance with Estonian law.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary, or commercially sensitive information disclosed in the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketingNetworkWhite OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability to any client in connection with any service agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MarketingNetworkWhite OÜ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our website or services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website and services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the interests of the Company.
